研究テーマ Research Subjects
地域医療実践薬学研究室は、多くの医療機関および関連団体と連携して臨床で直面している課題を題材とした研究を行っている。岐阜大学病院との連携では、本研究室に配置された学部生が岐阜大学病院に勤務する薬剤師とともに治療効果の改善や患者の生活の質（QOL：quality of life）の向上を目指した薬剤業務に基づく研究（PracticeBased Research）を行っており、薬剤師主導型の臨床薬理研究にも取り組んでいる。特に、がん薬物療法の副作 用軽減に関する研究、抗生物質の適正使用に関する研究などでは多くの成果を臨床にフィードバックし、患者の治療に貢献している。また、地域の病院および保険薬局との連携では、それらの施設に所属する薬剤師を客員共同研究員、大学院生、あるいは研究生として登録し、がん領域、感染症領域、腎疾患領域、漢方領域などにおいて専門性を生かした薬剤師介入による薬物療法の適正化に関する臨床研究を行っている。 さらに、行政及び地域薬剤師会との連携では、「地域包括ケアシステム」を推進するための薬剤師の職能確立及び「患者のための薬局ビジョン」に示された"かかりつけ薬剤師・薬局"並びに"健康サポート薬局"を普及させるための課題の探索と解決策の研究を行っている。これらに加えて、在宅医療、災害医療の分野で活躍できる薬剤師を養成するために、地域の薬局、病院、行政、卸等に勤務する薬剤師を対象にこれらの分野で必要な知識の啓蒙と技術の修得を目的とした研修会を開催している。
Our clinical goal is research in cooperation with hospitals, community pharmacies, and related organizations. In collaboration with Gifu University Hospital, our undergraduate and graduate students are carrying out "PracticeBased Research" aimed at improving the quality of life of patients and efficacy of existing therapies. In particular, the results of studies on the reduction of the side effects of cancer chemotherapy and on the proper use of antibiotics are used for clinical improvement. In cooperation with local hospitals and community pharmacies, we are engaged in clinical research on the optimization of medication therapy in the fields of oncology, infectious disease, chronic kidney disease, and Chinese traditional medicine. In cooperation with local pharmaceutical associations, we promote the proper use of generic drugs and aim to strengthen the expertise of pharmacists in home health care.
