New research paper has been published!
I'm very pleased to inform that our new research article has been accepted and published on Vaccine. The research was mainly carried by my undergraduate students with great help by Prof. Scuffham in Grifith Univ., Australia. At the begining, my master student, Tomoko had an great interest on HPV vaccine and vaccination program in Japan. She worked hard and acheved a publication. I was very inspered her work and interested in this topic. Since then, I tried to improve and develop research methods in several directions. Several years ago, we published unique method to investigate the benefit-risk of HPV vaccine program using DALY rate (Japanese only). But this time, we further developed our unique method and compared HPV vaccine programs in Australia, the US and Japan. To use our method, we have to assume several that are limitation and need further investigations, but we hope this papre will help understand the situation around the program and improve vaccine policy.
