研究テーマ Research Subjects

　超高齢化社会の到来、医療の高度化かつ複雑化に伴い、薬局に求められる機能が大きく変化してきている。専門医療機関と連携し、複雑で高度化した薬物治療に対応できる薬局はその一つの姿であり、地域の医療を支える上で重要性が増してきている。本寄附講座では、専門性の高い先端的な薬物療法にかかる薬学的管理を担うことのできる薬局薬剤師を育成する拠点を形成することを目指している。地域薬局の薬局薬剤師に対し高度薬学管理の実践に資する教育活動を行うとともに、薬局を基盤とした臨床薬学研究を展開する。すなわち、専門医療機関との連携の基で抗がん剤の副作用に対する支援を行うなど、高度かつ専門的な薬学的管理を行う薬局での業務を念頭に、薬局薬剤師の実務の中で生じる課題の解決を目的とした研究を行う。薬局におけるDX化の推進を図り、薬局や薬局薬剤師の業務におけるデジタル技術導入の効果を評価する。また、薬局薬剤師に対する生涯学習講座を提供し、高齢化に伴い多様化する医療・介護のニーズに応えることのできる薬局薬剤師の育成に向けたプログラム構築のための研究を行う。

As the arrival of a super-aging society and the increasing sophistication and complexity of medical care, the functions required for community pharmacies are changing drastically. Community pharmacies that can handle it in collaboration with specialized medical facilities are becoming more significant in supporting health care of local residents. Our goal is to establish training base for community pharmacists to learn pharmaceutical care management of highly specialized and advanced drug therapies. We conduct educational activities of advanced pharmaceutical care for community pharmacists, and focus on various problems based on community pharmacy practice. For example, we study the issues that arise when community pharmacists practice advanced and specialized pharmacy care management, such as support for the side effects of anticancer drugs in collaboration with specialized medical institutions. We promote the use of DX in pharmacies and evaluate the effects of introducing a digital technology in the work of pharmacies and community pharmacists. In addition, we research to develop the programs to foster community pharmacists who can meet the diversified medical and nursing care needs.
