As part of our annual off-campus activities, students and faculty members visited a cormorant fishing trip along the Nagara River.
Cormorant fishing is a traditional fishing method in which cormorants catch river fish. It is an event that attracts a lot of visitors to Gifu City.
Blessed with fine weather, participants enjoyed the magnificent historical scenery.
Over 100 first-year students participated in the event, enjoying supper on the boat and socializing with friends and faculty.
