From May 23 to 31, 12 students from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy visited Gifu Pharmaceutical University.

They learned about the University's mobile pharmacy and drone, conducted experiments in the laboratory, visited the herb garden, and enjoyed various other activities.

On Friday the 26th, a lecture by Prof. David DeRemer, who visited Japan with the students, was held.

About 100 students and faculty members attended the lecture, and many asked questions, which Prof. DeRemer answered in detail, exceeding the scheduled time.

On the same day, students' presentations were also given on a wide range of topics, including the U.S. healthcare system, professional competencies required of pharmacists, and legal issues.

Some of the questions from the GPU led to discussions between students from both universities, providing an opportunity to deepen each other's expertise.
